Description Of Duties
Manages NOA’s marketing strategy integrated across all product lines, including HW systems, software titles, digital content, digital services, accessories, etc.Recommends strategic direction extracted from analyses of data and ambiguous informationContributes to agenda for cross-departmental leadership strategy meetingsServes as a center of expertise for marketing strategy at NOA, and advises on improvement and integration opportunitiesWorks with key stakeholders cross-functionally and cross-departmentally to drive development of marketing plans to meet NOA business goals and objectivesDrives strategy alignment and develops and implements integrated marketing plans by collaborating with cross-functional campaign teamsWhen needed, serves as an Activation Lead (Project Manager for launch activities) or participates as an integral member of Activation TeamsLeads and contributes to the marketing PDCA/optimization process including quick-cycle hypothesis articulation, and develops resulting action plansHelps to track campaign budgets, marketing ROI and sales performancePrepares presentations and dashboards summarizing strategy, actions, performance and recommendations to executive managementEngages in marketing innovation trials and consumer-driven business opportunity exploration/business case developmentCoaches and mentors peers
Summary Of Requirements
Minimum of six years of relevant Marketing experience Ability to analyze and clearly define marketing and consumer opportunitiesExperience leading and influencing teams, ensuring alignment and integrationPossesses strong analytical skills and ability to think strategicallyIndependent project management experience; proven ability to lead a team of diverse individuals and ability to influence senior leadership and non-direct reportsStrong presentation skillsStrong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel and PowerPointVideo Game industry experience a plusUndergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related fieldMBA preferred
This position includes a base salary range of $112,893 - $169,339 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
