Strategic Planning Manager

This role will report to the Director- Strategic Planning & Performance Management and join the STAR (Strategy- Transformation- Agile- & Revolution) organization at Kraft Heinz. STAR’s vision is to inspire a simple- innovative- future-forward Kraft Heinz. Our mission is to unlock transformative growth for Kraft Heinz. We are looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to help bring our mission and brand to life for audiences at scale.

The Strategic Planning Manager will help impact our growth by leading strategic and operational initiatives at Kraft Heinz and within the STAR org. With a focus brand and communication strategies- this role will help design and execute plans to achieve focus- alignment- and accountability to maximize impact.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Advance & improve operational effectiveness through streamlined communications and project management rigor
  • Provide communications partnership for assigned areas in STAR & Kraft Heinz
  • Identify- create- and execute content creation to deploy internally and externally
  • Craft creative narratives rooted business objectives and insights
  • Develop integrated experience plans that drive adoption- engagement- and value
  • Project manage select cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage all aspects of project plans- schedules- deliverables- and reporting for assigned programs
  • Partner on internal & external- Kraft Heinz Flagship Events- immersive experiences
  • Develop strong relationships with other cross functional teams
  • Collaborate and work with stakeholders to maximize value and output
  • Track and report out results and progress towards priorities & initiatives.
  • Execute budget & resource allocation
  • Partner with internal design team and external vendors
  • Ready to undertake ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+years of professional work experience in program management- marketing- PR- or similar relevant experience
  • Experience in managing indirect teams to achieve common goals
  • Superior communication skills- including written and verbal communication
  • Experience working in high-growth- performance focused environments
  • Ability to collaborate and develop positive business relationships with all cross-functional peers and stakeholders
  • Quick and high-quality analysis and presentation creation
  • Attention to detail- ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives and workstreams simultaneous with proven success at meeting deadlines
  • Strong project management skills- including understanding of project flow and a bias towards action in moving the project along swiftly and appropriately
  • Successful delivery of multi-quarter project in large matrixed organization
  • Track record of executing in fast paced- high-growth and performance focused environments
  • Adept at cutting through complex issues to find quick wins- make progress over perfection and drive results for long term impact at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets as well as individual program budgets
  • Demonstrated fluency on Microsoft Office programs

Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role’s responsibilities and requirements.
