Job Description

TITLE: Manager Business Strategy

DUTIES: Discover Products Inc. seeks Manager Business Strategy in Riverwoods, IL to manage the development, implementation, strategies, and other activities.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: assessing business data to manage complex decision-making using platform specific applications, including FICO Blaze Advisor and DMP; utilizing programming languages, including Java and SQL; adhering to best practices of coding standards using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) related to development and deployment; and leading project teams through implementation, including coaching, mentorship, and technological guidance. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in one of the above mentioned fields and four (4) years of experience in the above-listed areas. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
