Narvar is growing! We are seeking to hire a Head of TPM/ Chief of Staff to our CTO. This role will lead our technical program management function as well as drive key strategic initiatives in support of our CTO.

Day-to-day

Work closely with our CTO and engineering leadership to execute on technical programs that support our engineering product development and roadmapServe as a trusted advisor and confidant to our CTO, helping amplify efforts and function as a thought partner on diverse challengesDevelop and manage technical programs that cut across the organization, including new engineering opportunities and improvements to internal engineering operationsPartner with our CTO to drive efficiency and productivity of the company, streamlining initiatives, managing all technical programs, and communicating cross-functional objectivesAssess and provide guidance on risk when business decisions are made and track and evaluate business cases.Act as a representative to the CTO to various stakeholders, both internally and externallyOversee strategic engineering initiatives from ideation to implementationWork with leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress toward goalsEmbody the company's spirit internally and externally

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 10+ years experience in a sr. operating role; specifically leading technical programs and/ or supporting in a Chief of Staff capacity with deep experience within fast-paced startupsBS required and an MS preferredOperational Excellence: You will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence through all technical programs as well as process excellence to improve team performanceYou have a roll-up-the-sleeves approach with strong executive presence and analytical rigorStrategic: You are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholdersYou can define how a project may benefit a company’s efficiency and strategic plan and help execute itInterpersonal Communications Skills: You can convey complex ideas concisely and in an actionable manner to internal and external audiencesYou can influence via your ability to pull together compelling, data-driven narrativesCollaboration: You have a deep understanding of how to build collaborative relationships with others, including our customers, the Executive Team, investors, and partners, among othersYou possess high emotional intelligence and comfort in engaging with team members and business leadersFlexibility: You can thrive in a dynamic environment and feel comfortable with ambiguityYou can work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing settings while managing multiple projects and competing priorities

Below is the estimated annual salary for this position and does not include the other components that make up a Narvar offer including: annual bonus, equity, and benefits.

The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location.

Narvar Pay Range

$200,000—$250,000 USD
