The role

As Head of Business Ops, you will be working closely with the co-founders to build out these teams over the next 6-24 months, including figuring out who we need, what we need, and getting the right people/team in place.

Strategy - support founders on company strategy, board deck, fundraising with data

Special projects - 0 to 1 projects as the company experiments new GTM strategies. Such as account management, business development, product partnerships

Company ops - finance, legal, OKRs, KPIs, international operations

Interim lead for other ops teams - act as the interim ops leader in revenue ops, people ops, and help find leaders to lead up each team

Some activities in each function may include:

Company Ops - Finance - Legal - Fundraising - Office admin - OKRs & KPIs - International company ops, visa

Rev Ops - Data - Salesforce / business systems / tools - Forecasting - Incentive compensation - Performance management -- dashboards for AE/OBS/CSM/etc - Support Operations

People Ops - People Ops - Recruiting - Career ladders - Training & development - Culture

Business development - Corporate deal sales/BD - Exploring partnerships with software partners  - Account Management

Product partnerships - Payroll partnership end to end - Security


How to be successful in this role

We are looking for someone that can grow with our team over time. You have a scrappy, hands-on attitude to hit the ground running.

You will succeed if you have a startup mentality of “getting sh*t done”, and you will grow as the company scales. If you are looking for a relaxed 9-5, please back away slowly. If you are insanely bright, hard working, humble, and looking to build a career on the ground floor of an exciting and fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) business, this is for you.
