In this role, you will work directly with the CEO, Product Lead and Tech Lead to scale the business to a quadruple-digit number of sites over the next 12 months. Additionally, as the business scales, you have the opportunity to build a world-class growth team from the ground up.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition and engagement of users and set new industry benchmark
- Identify and implement a wide range of growth experiments at pace, including growth loops in product
- Develop and execute our sales strategy, including both outbound (emails, calls, visits etc) and inbound (referral, partnership, social media etc) channels
- Recruit and scale a world-class growth team
- Set your team's culture, performance plan and comp plan that matches our ambition
