We are looking to hire a CEO to lead the events and community on the next stage of our journey. This will involve finding new ways to engage the FF community, growing our network, ensuring we are the go-to community for top-tier founders worldwide, and continuing to produce outstanding forums wherever and whenever we host.

The CEO will also build upon the incredible platform the forums provide to: (1) generate new revenue streams across digital and in-person products and services, (2) supercharge FF’s marketing capabilities and collaborate with our broader family of businesses and new ventures team to support group growth, and (3) launch new initiatives and grow the Founders Forum brand into 2021 and beyond.

We are looking for an exceptional, entrepreneurial individual, experienced in producing bespoke events, building out communities, overseeing complex tech-focused content schedules and developing commercial propositions for key event partners. This hire will be an experienced yet ambitious operator who is confident working on and launching new initiatives that can serve our 3000+ strong community and wider family of companies.

Core focus areas:

  • In close collaboration with Executive Chairman - Brent Hoberman - setting the strategy for, and taking ultimate responsibility for the delivery of 1-3 annual FF Events, including London, NY and partner-led forums across the world
  • Creating new, interactive features and formats that add considerable value to the events and community
  • Owning the P&L for all Founders Forum events
  • Managing the 5-10 person Founders Forum team of event professionals, content producers, writers and salespeople
  • Being custodian of the Founders Forum brand and serving as a key player in growing the FF community; including adding new members, building relationships, and securing key speakers & attendees
  • Promoting the FF brand publicly, contributing to the positive public profile of our events
  • Hosting networking meetings, Advisory Board calls and other smaller community engagements
  • Supporting key sponsor sales and account management with the Partnerships team
