OverviewThe Ad Streaming Operations team leads the execution of partner media assets in the MLS Apple Streaming Platform, ultimately driving value for the enterprise and Official Marketing Partners. The Director is responsible for the execution of League and Club Partner campaigns, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, and analyzing reporting metrics to ensure every aspect of the campaign is delivering as anticipated. This role is also the lead for any campaign troubleshooting and additional ad-hoc execution/reporting requests.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesFacilitate cross-functional meetings with internal and external partners, and ensuring follow-up of all items discussedEfficiently lead Ad Streaming Operations workflow, constantly proposing and implementing improvementsDevelop dashboards, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps as neededCollaborate with Apple Ad Operations and Product teams to ensure flawless and efficient execution of campaignsAssist in running all trafficking elementsWork closely with Partner Media Management account managers, Business Operations team, and Apple Ad Operations to review, resolve and respond to each inbound requestAdditional responsibilities as assigned
QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree8+ years of Ad Operations experience, with 5+ years of digital streaming Required SkillsUnderstanding of digital advertisingIn-depth knowledge of ad servers and QA toolsAbility to troubleshoot any campaign and/or ad serving issuesExperience working across multiple constituent internal and external groupsSuperior organization and project management skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multifaceted organizationProven decision making and problem-solving skillsHigh level of dedication to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and complianceStrong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate both written and verballyFunctional knowledge on trafficking campaigns in Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, OperativeAbility to analyze first- and third-party reportingMust be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of the teamAbility to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is crucialExperience handling large volume of campaigns and assetsMust be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracyProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Total RewardsStarting Base Salary: $115,000 – $155,000.
