Position Title: Director of Corporate Programs

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Location: North America, remote

About You:

You want to help parents of kids across every age group simplify how they book activities and find trusted vendors. At Sit-a-Bit, we created a platform built to help families make life easier and keep kids engaged in activities without driving their parents crazy.

We need the help of a Director of Corporate Programs.

Every day, you’ll be managing and executing key operational and client-focused programs and projects and supporting our CEO. You’ll be responsible for the execution of priority items that will fuel Sit-a-Bit’s key annual targets. This is a hands-on position with full responsibility to deliver on key items. You must have had experience in a similar role previously.

It is highly beneficial if you have worked in a B2B capacity managing client internal processes and timelines, are comfortable in the fast-paced and ever-changing start-up environment, and have experience with marketplace SaaS offerings centered around events because that’s what we do. Together with our highly curated Activity Partner ecosystem, we make it easy for families and caregivers to find, manage and book enriching virtual activities all from a single digital source. We handle the logistics

Our corporate clients provide eligible employees marketplace access as an extension of current family benefits. This flexible option assists families in balancing the demands of remote work, children, and home life as an addition to traditional childcare benefit offerings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Support the CEO in various corporate programs encompassing both executive assistant activities and self-managed high-priority projects. Acting in a supporting role to the CEO is a large component of this position including administrative tasks, competitive analysis, and research, defining and operationalizing internal processes.

-Own Sit-a-Bit recruitment process to include an initial review of inbound candidates, pre-vetting candidates, scheduling follow on meeting with Sit-a-Bit representatives and managing the ongoing hiring process.

-Own and manage Activity Partner “products” within the Sit-a-Bit Marketplace ensuring accuracy and appropriate representation within the platform

-Define, manage, create, and execute external Sit-a-Bit communication via various social channels (Twitter/LinkedIn/Facebook). Coordination with marketing teams and ensuring execution, experience working with marketing tools and teams

-Experience with Google Analytics, data management, and the creation of on-demand reporting for appropriate target KPIs is essential.

-Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technology trends.

Requirements

-3-5 years’ experience in an executive assistant, program manager or Jr. Chief of Staff role or similar.

-Experience with marketplace technology platforms, (BigCommerce, Shopify, or comparable), HubSpot (or similar CRM tools), digital/social tools (Buffer, TW/FB/LinkedIn/etc)

-Exceptional self-driven project management and execution and communication skills.

-Experience in a start-up environment

-Proven ability to own and deliver on projects

Compensation

Base salary + equity dependent on experience level.

Flexible options include full and part-time, W2, or 1099.

The position is remote.
