Itnig is a holding group that invests in entrepreneurship through its venture capital, media, real estate and hospitality. The group started in 2011 and since then it started 12 internet businesses, 4 of which have exited and it continues to operate one business, Factorial.

Factorial has grown from 0 to over 1B in valuation since 2017, becoming the last “unicorn” startup in Spain. It has raised over 220M from top international VCs, it employs +800 people and serves 8k customers in +30 countries around the world.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can run operations of the holding group. We look for a person who can set up new regulated investment entities (both Spanish and International), lead day to day and strategic compliance and monitor the investment portfolio. Spanish and international corporate law, finance and tax experience is required.

We look for previous direct experience in managing:

Legal, financial, tax audit and accounting US GAAP and Spanish GAAP (Plan General Contable)Venture capital operations, directly participating in negotiations and closing transactions, Contract elaboration, reviewing and negotiation, Corporate management of a fund, and reporting of investment economics, Mergers and acquisitions

Valued, but not required:

Participating in IPO processes, International tax, Regulated investment vehicles Other non tech investment management, such as Real Estate and Public markets.

The day to day of this person will be:

Investor relations: Investor reporting, portfolio consolidation and communication with LPs. Investment vehicle(s) compliance and relationship with Regulatory institutions (such as CNMV)Actively participating in new investments, from negotiation to closing. Participating in investment committee and investment decision making. Run operations for the group: tax, finance and labor. Aligning with the managing partners and the rest of the team

Skills

English and Spanish in high proficiency, should be able to review and write legal documents. Organizational and detail orientation. Proficient in cap table management, Business planning and spreadsheet proficiency, Extreme curiosity and self-development
