Chief Operating Officer – Rapidly Growing Private Equity Production/Distribution

Our client is a well-established manufacturing/distribution business with a global materials sourcing network and blue-chip customer relationships. They boast significant category dominance within their sector, working multiple go-to-market channels. The company has recently been acquired by a storied private equity investor who is eager to accelerate the substantial growth trajectory for the business within markets experiencing double digit tailwinds.

We are seeking a well-rounded Chief Operating Officer to partner strategically with the CEO and executive team, experienced in overseeing and running multi-location manufacturing and complex distribution operations including third-party relationships. This position will be responsible for driving all day-to-day operations of the organization as a valued member of the executive suite and a key contributor to value creation for the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have come up the ranks within manufacturing and distribution with strong focus on transformation and operational efficiency and with significant exposure to industry best practices while driving excellence in a multi-location model. This is an in-the-trenches position with the opportunity to build out a best-in-class operational environment while the business scales exponentially, leading and overseeing an active M&A pipeline.
