Description And Requirements
As Chief of Staff you will work closely with our Vice President & General Manager – WW Global Accounts, and be responsible for a wide and varied number of tasks and actions that will enable our leadership to drive the business forward effectively and quickly. From research and data analysis, through to the preparation of reports and recommendations, you will manage coordination between departments and outside parties. You will operate as a key component in our management’s team’s effectiveness with contributing on: Strategy formation & implementation, business analytics & insights & Key stakeholder Management and enable the executive team to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
This is not an administrative role - it is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility as well as a willingness to play an active, operational and communicative role. As the VPs ‘trusted counsel', the role requires strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. This position will have a strong Customer Orientation - thinks about customer’s priorities, value we can deliver and will make trade-offs that ultimately differentiate us from the competition in the eyes of the customer.
Facilitate and manage the process of identifying, prioritizing, chartering, communicating, and managing key projectsEstablish and maintain business management system including the management of Staff agenda and meetings.Track key strategic actions, drive them to closure; manage the process of tracking and communicating performance against objectives.Serve as the key interface to the VP office for external groups (i.e. customer and partners) as well as internal business groupsWork with the senior leadership of WW Global Accounts to run market and financial analysis supporting GEO projects and business initiativesSupport the VP & GM of WW Global Accounts in their day to day activities (presentations to customers, executives and other external audiences, preparation for critical meetings and business reviews)
