We are looking for an overachiever who is hungry to help develop, build and own all the People related programs and infrastructures to make talent successful at Belong. Starting with on-boarding to training, performance and engagement.
- Establish yourself as a thought partner and leader within the team by proactively engaging cross-functionally- Create and run a central onboarding program start to finish embedding the People philosophy in every aspect of it.- Work with and advise different teams on how to codify and make consistent the onboarding process for their teams- Continually seek opportunities to enhance our team processes and our company’s practices- Work closely with the Head of People to execute the roadmap of initiatives to foster a sense of belonging in this new hybrid way of work (in person, hybrid and remote) to keep our culture strong in different time zones.- Create training needed by the current and future workforce; preempting what the team will need 6 months down the line. Examples: manager training, culture deep dives.- Drive engagement/retention throughout the teammate (employee) experience
- 3-5 years of experience working at a high-growth startup- Operationally minded- Motivation to go above and beyond what you are asked and take pride in your work- Thirst for learning and feedback- Excellent understanding of people’s mindsets and the ability to translate into value props- Track record of proactivity and strategic thinking- Relentless curiosity and a strong understanding of what a company needs at different stages- Ability to work autonomously- Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude; comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment- Excellent communication skills
