The Opportunity

To be the Chief of Staff to Analytic Partners Founder and CEO, Nancy Smith. In 2000, Nancy founded Analytic Partners as employee number one and has continuously grown and scaled Analytic Partners year over year to the current size of 13 offices and 350+ employees globally. As Analytic Partners continuous to innovate and grow, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with Analytic Partners and serve as a trusted advisor and representative. As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will help ensure cross-functional collaboration, organizational performance, and help executive leaders deliver on OKRs. This role represents a unique opportunity to utilize strategic planning, operations improvement, and project execution skills in a complex, global business environment. As Chief of Staff, you must have the ability to think globally and act locally. This requires extensive cross-function and cross-region coordination at all levels, excellent written and verbal communication, a wide range of analytical capabilities, and the ability to build compelling internal presentations, customer-facing content, and comprehensive business review materials.

What You Will Be Doing

Serve as a trusted advisor and brainstorming partner to the CEO.Support CEO in making key business decisions by gathering relevant data and insights.Provide independent, informed, unbiased insight.Create ambitious OKR (Objectives and Key Results) opportunities that strive towards clear and common visions that achieve success.Work with the Leadership Team to deliver, monitor and communicate progress on business OKRs, annual planning and provide discipline to operational aspects of the Leadership Team’s rhythm of business. Partners consistently with key OKR stakeholders to set the strategic direction, vision, and priorities for OKR implementation (set, align, achieve, and retro + reset)Implement the appropriate tools and measurement systems to drive the adoption of business goals and OKRs.Consistently works to ensure complete transparency and communication regarding the prioritization, progress, and direction of the program; ensuring that OKR business owners drives creation of program roadmap and execution plans across all phases of planning, discovery, development, launch and ongoing continual improvementHelp mitigate issues or roadblocks in completion of key initiatives or projects in support of OKRsContinuously redefine the OKR program and management of milestones and timelines adjusting as needed to accommodate a fast paced and ever-changing environmentSupport organization wide conversations to explain what OKRs mean in the context of our transformation and operating model.Prepare content on behalf of CEO for the Board of DirectorsProactively address pressing business issues that need immediate attention.Proactively resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of the functional leader and identifying potential solutions.Provide strategic, analytical and project management support, and keeps leadership informed of noteworthy events, milestones, and issues in their area of responsibility.Plan and execute leadership meetings including developing the agenda, participating in discussions, and tracking, following up on, and reporting on outcomes and action items.Support CEO engagements with customers, and support and coordinate external communications where neededDemonstrate professionalism and discretion while collaborating with the Executive team on sensitive business and organizational issues.Contributes the development of internal communications deliverables (including emails/voicemails, newsletters, presentations, speaking notes, etc.) to relay key messages or ask for participation/execution on activities.Think strategically while providing tactical support to implement ideas.

What We Look For In You

Undergraduate degree and master’s degree preferred, OR commensurate experience in lieu of a degree.10+ years’ experience working in a global corporate, consulting, professional services, or SaaS/Technology environment.Prior experience as a Chief of StaffUnyielding focus on quality results (analyses and deliverables).Capable of synthesizing complex concepts and translating quantitative and qualitative analysis into a clear message and an informed response for leadership.Demonstrate an elevated level of integrity to do the right thing, with high executive presence.Communication: You have previously collaborated with team members of all levels, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.Leadership: You have a history of leading meetings and determining critical business needs. You lead in an effective and trustworthy way.Time management: You have successfully improved business efficiency by managing an executive leader's priorities through superior organization and planning skills. You have a history of diffusing work conflict without the need to escalate.Broad business experience leading and driving operational execution and the adoption of key strategic programs across a business.A history in leading and delivering complex large-scale projects and partnerships, often managing a range of internal and external stakeholders.Inspiring leader with the ability to work across a senior leadership team.Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on leading metrics and enable metrics-based decision making.Strong listening, information-gathering, and empathy skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes.Motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, complex team environment.Readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.Highly collaborative team player who motivates and elevates peers
