CoS is the key member of the organization to help our business scale and continue to sustain rapid growth by bringing order to chaos, creating processes and ensuring deliveries are on time as we scale from 100 to 1000 people. Reporting to the CEO, this is an intense role with lot of growth and action.
Here is what you will be responsible for:
- Ownership to get stuff done and keep track of all issues/accountabilities
- Manage all aspects of operations in US, Canada and India
- Own all operations - sales, marketing, delivery, finance, security etc.

- Technology (we are .NET/Azure/Python/Angular) shop
- Solve complex problem
- Exceptional people skill
- Deep understanding of US, Canadian and Indian culture
- Travel as needed
