Chief of Staff
What You’ll Do:
- Provide daily high-level administrative support to the CEO, including inbox and calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Serve as a gatekeeper, anticipating needs and proactively handling tasks before being asked
- Attend C-suite meetings, take clear and actionable notes, and follow through on deliverables
- Coordinate investor and client communications, including confidential matters
- Assist with presentation creation in PowerPoint and support internal/external communications
- Manage occasional personal assistant duties (approx. 10% of the role)
- Be available for on-call duties outside traditional business hours
- Run occasional errands or drive CEO as needed (car required)
- Remain adaptable for potential domestic or international travel in urgent scenarios
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives (CEO preferred)
- Prior experience in a tech startup or fast-paced, founder-led organization highly desirable
- Extremely strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (rated highly in clarity, tone, presence, and professionalism)
- Confident, personable, and outgoing — able to represent the CEO with poise and tact
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for building high-impact decks
- Comfortable with extended hours, weekend availability, and last-minute changes
- Must live locally and have a reliable vehicle
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a valid U.S. passport
- Must be open to occasional travel as needed
- Candidates should be open to scenario-based interview questions
