Chief of Staff | Tech Pioneer

This is a rare chance to be part of small team that encompasses both start up tech company with intellectual rigour and the ability to move the needle on some of the world’s most critical technology and societal challenges

The role

You will be involved in all aspects of their work including the development and management of their programme of public activities in the UK and abroad. Other key responsibilities include:-

Operational-

• Undertake research and provide briefings as required for board meetings, events and engagements.
• Plan and direct operational activities liaising with key partners across a spectrum of businesses.
• Knowledge management, you will organise and prioritise information to enable efficient decision making.

Relationship Management

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stockholders.
• Act as a logistical adviser and counsel.
• Act as an external representative when required including attendance at meetings and events, often with high profile individuals.

Projects

• Assume day to day responsibility for strategic projects

What we are looking for

This is a truly unique role so we are looking for a unique skillset including;-

• Passion and a reasonable understanding of tech policy i.e Web 3.0, blockchain, crypto to name a few.
• Any prior experience with speech writing.
• Commercial experience and ability to handle contract negotiations.
• Extremely high levels of communication and comfortable moving between all levels of an organisation.
• Flexibility to travel.
