The Network Product Line provides connectivity for clients across the firm as well as the millions of customers external to J.P. Morgan Chase. These days many types of devices are network connected, from the typical servers and desktops to light bulbs and temperature sensors. It is our group's responsibility to ensure that all such people and devices connect together smoothly, enabling the transport and sharing of data. Various products are using in the Network Product Line, which is responsible for the architecture, design, plan, build, deployment and operations of JPMC's worldwide communications network. Together, the Network Product Line team ensures excellence across our secure global network connecting our global corporate sites, thousands of banking centers, external digital customers, strategic datacenters, public cloud and business partners together.

As the head of the Strategy & Business Services (SBS) team, you will help shape our Product Line's long-term direction, develop and drive measures that realize core objectives, and push the operational excellence agenda. This includes assessing organizational performance, designing cross-product area capabilities, establishing measurable goals, and implementing processes that improve effectiveness and outcomes. You will have an opportunity to identify and execute high-impact change - both deep within product areas as well as more broadly across the organization, including culture, team effectiveness, change management, product transformation, organizational design and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include

Span the range of transformation, operating model, business operations, governance, communication and marketing, talent development, and culture Design and execute broad-reaching transformational initiatives Build a culture that creates alignment and promotes collaboration amongst disparate groups Generate "buzz" in the organization around the work we do and the value we bring Define and execute an agenda that puts our people first Champion a mindset of respect, empowered employees and growth Understand and improve business operations rigor and discipline for a large-scale technology organization Foster continuous improvement thinking, equipping the organization with processes and tools to make it a reality Influence and partner at all levels to focus the organization on strengthening future-focused capabilities of CNS Manage relationships with senior executives, HR partners and colleagues across Global Technology Take institutional knowledge and complement with industry best practice/experience to lead change Leverage data to understand current team and organization-level performance Speak the truth to leaders in the organization, challenge the status quo Take a thought leadership role in designing and executing transformation initiatives

Skills Criteria

Credible leadership experience, set in the context of global teams undergoing rapid transformation Extensive experience managing complex delivery across multiple workstreams and varying timelines / priorities Proven ability to navigate via successful internal partnerships with other organizations - with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions Excellent leadership skills - of programs, projects, teams and employees - with demonstrated track record for attracting and retaining top talent Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
