This role is hybrid in San Francisco (2-3x a week) in the office in the SoMa district - but we are pretty chill and if you want to work remotely for a week or so or have some more deep work that's totally fine✨

About The Role

The Chief Of Staff, GTM will work closely with our CEO, Partnerships, Partner Growth, and Marketing teams, in managing the most critical strategic GTM initiatives for the company, driving Zeal to the next chapter of hyper-growth. You'll be the right hand to our CEO and will have 100% access to everything our CEO does (meetings, docs, email, slack). You will need to quickly understand the GTM function across the company, focusing on delivering strategic plans for optimal outcomes in 2022 and beyond!

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON

  • Oversee strategic GTM business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation for sales and marketing programs and projects.
  • Improve current go-to-market processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee daily go-to-market operations through collaboration with senior management, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining detailed notes, and planning and coordinating between sales and marketing.
  • Serve as a Zeal product expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications to external clients.

YOU HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS, highly strategic, operational, and analytical environments e.g. business operations, product management, investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, or venture capital.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems, think from first principles, and build scalable processes.
  • You have experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Business Development teams, and possess familiarity with GTM metrics.
  • Proven track record of building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external members from a variety of backgrounds, and disciplines.
  • You consider yourself a self-starter and thrive at vision-setting, solving problems, and driving action in a fast-paced environment: navigating ambiguity and complexity to deliver results.
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • External client-relationship experiences with the ability to persuade others
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools
  • Interest in joining a fun fast-paced start-up in the fintech industry!
