The Chief of Staff Role:
We're looking for a talented chief-of-staff to be the right-hand to our CEO. You will be the first business hire of our small, but talented team. Responsibilities include putting out fires, leading special operations, and handling our global expansion. Long term we're looking for a candidate candidate who can growth with us into a VP of Ops or COO type role.

We're the world's first AI native gaming studio buliding gaming studio building a title heavily inspired by the Fire Emblem franchise, Final Fantasy Tactics, and X-Com. Our next title hopes to bring the best of this franchise onto the mobile screen.
And you also love both the anime aesthetic and subculture
We're also huge anime fans if you haven't noticed.
You Have a Few Years Of Business Experience
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in either consulting, management, investing, business, CoS, or similar, with some analytical abilities
Have Strong Written Communication Skills
Working with offices in two timezones requires lots of asynchronous communication. We appreciate well-crafted memos in an era of excess chat GPT fluff.
Additionally Japanese, Chinese, or Korean fluency is welcome (though not required)
And you're comfortable working on small, fast-paced teams
We're not going to sugar coat it -- every startup is on fire somehow, and we're no different. As the first(!) business hire, you'll help do literally everything, from organizing events, setting up finance, establishing our Japan office, and more.
