Reporting to the CEO, this Executive will represent the office of the CEO and be responsible for leading multifaceted internal, external, media and community partnership initiatives that further our strategic goals and brand priorities. The executive will create and execute Communications strategies across the company to drive strong messaging and brand building. This individual will serve as the ‘Voice of the CEO’ in important corporate matters as designated by the CEO. This individual will help plan the CEO’s day in conjunction with other business leaders. Duties include but are not limited to:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing strategic planning,  advisory, and decision-making support to the office of the CEO.·        
  • Support in creating operating model development and implementation, organizational design, performance metrics development, employee engagement, and culture change.·        
  • Work closely with the Strategy Execution office and coordinate CEO reviews and plans.·        
  • Develop and manage Communications strategies for the office of the CEO that includes Internal/External communications, social media/Blog writing, media relations, board matters, corporate events, Speech Writing and Editing, employee engagement, reputation management and stakeholder communications.·        
  • Identify and Deploy best practices in story creation to tell our leadership story and highlight successes via podcast and video series, blog, webcasts, meetings and that can also be extended to social media platforms (including LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).·        
  • Develop, manage and execute Office of the CEO’s communications that includes Monthly/quarterly/Annual townhalls messaging.·        
  • Responsible for analyzing Clients earning reports, research, client interactions and client deals·        
  • Support the team as it delivers communications counsel, strategy and support to line of business leads and their teams for the marketing of products and services, branding, reputation management and crisis communications.·        
  • Write Services, product and customer news, media pitches, customer and partner initiatives.·        
  • Interact and work collaboratively with cross-functional employee communications/PR/marketing groups, sales and operations teams.

Education and Work Experience·

  • MBA/ Educational degree in communication/ journalism·      
  • Prior experience in C-level interactions and deep discussions around corporate strategy and matters ·      
  • Experience working with all levels of management, including senior executives.·      
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel strategic communications plans.·       
  • Military background considered a plus.·        
  • Highly creative/out-of-the-box thinking with excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, decision making, analytical skills combined with the ability to execute and deliver results quickly.·       
  • Good understanding of digital business and digital technologies
