OUR MISSION

Perry Health's mission is to deliver high-quality continuous care to chronically ill patients. We started with Diabetes and serving the Medicare population and those populations that don't typically have access to high quality care between in-person appointments.

Over 130M Americans suffer from chronic disease and that number is expected to reach 170M by 2030. What is even more staggering is that 85% of seniors suffer from a chronic disease. The problem as we see it is that in person care is not adequate for patients living with chronic disease, leading to poor outcomes and increased cost. This is why we created Perry.

Perry's first product is a cellular connected blood glucose monitor supported by a first-of-its-kind continuous Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform and a team of world-class clinicians and coaches. Our users receive 24/7 access to our service at little to no out-of-pocket cost to them. We provide continuous monitoring of blood glucose levels and proactively reach out to our users when things aren't trending the right way. We also support our members through regular clinician check-ins and nutritional support. Our program creates real outcomes for our members and thousands of dollars in savings per patient to the healthcare system. And we're just getting started.

About The Role

We're looking for a Chief of Staff, reporting to our VP of People & Operations. You will be a key cross-functional partner, driving forward company-wide decisions and strategic initiatives with an aim to ensure we are poised from a people, process and tool perspective to achieve (and exceed!) our company objectives. You will take ownership of the management of Perry's operating and executing plans with the support of business leaders across the organization. This role will require deep cross-functional understanding, business acumen,relationship building and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the cross functional implementation and measurement of new strategic initiatives; facilitate the integration of new programs into core operationsServe as a thought partner to leaders across the organizationContribute meaningfully to management meetings to help us continue to raise the bar Track all cross-functional tasks and associated deadlines required to successfully meet timelinesObsessively monitor and represent the health of the business, as well as requirements for improvement, to cross-functional teamPrepare contingency plans and proactively escalate risks to leadership as neededIdentify staffing needs in support of new capabilitiesEmbody our core values and add to our culture

Qualifications

5+ years of cross-functional operational experience in a high-growth organizationsProven ability to think holistically while being deeply analytical and detail-orientedEmbody collaborative and cross-functional leadershipObsessive about achieving your goals and are relentless in pursuing themExceptional at communication: written, verbal and listening skillsResourceful, natural ability to problem solveDiplomatic & managerial

SALARY

$135,000 annually
