Rubrik as experienced unrivaled levels of growth in the fast-growing space of data management, cementing its market leading position and validated by the world’s most reputable analysts. To continue this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified Chief of Staff (CoS) to work closely with our executive team reporting directly into our CEO; Bipul Sinha.
In this newly created role, the CoS will have an immediate impact on our productivity; streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management and communicating objectives between departments. This position assists the CEO determining and managing priorities, driving operational cadence, and represents the CEO across many scenarios. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and inter-departmental collaboration. Must also possess excellent analytical, critical reasoning, interpersonal, communication, influencing and leadership skills. Success depends on building rapport and credibility with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
