Chief of Staff
Breads Bakery and GPG are seeking a Chief of Staff to join our team. The Chief of Staff is responsible for supporting the founder and executives in their roles and leading strategic planning processes across various organizations. The Chief of Staff plays a key role in uniting the various moving parts within our portfolio into a cohesive whole through a detail-oriented approach.
Summary Of Responsibilities
Manage the founder’s schedule, organize and follow-up on meetings, plan travel and ensure their calendar is effectual and diligently maintained. Plan, coordinate and execute efficient meetings when necessary, attend meetings on behalf of executive leaders, and ensure relevant information and action items are escalated following each. Support department heads towards efficacy and goal realization by offering thoughtful recommendations, setting key performance indicators to measure performance, and providing hands-on assistance when applicable. Assist the executive team to determine and prioritize business strategies, acknowledge core issues within processes, analyze organization operations, and steer business initiatives from genesis to realization.
Qualifications & Skills
Operations and/or Project Management experience in food and beverage or related fields, with a proven record of delivering results (>5 year experience preferred)Experience in food and beverage, hospitality or related in any role is required for the position Exceptional aptitude for problem solving- ease in dissecting ambiguous situations and providing thoughtful recommendations on next stepsAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrategic thinker with strong business acumenRemarkable communication and interpersonal skills, strong quantitative and analytical dexterity, and ability to multitaskExceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesProficient in Excel, Google Suite, and related applications
