Summary Of Role

As the Chief of Staff at Noble Capital Group, located in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, you will have a unique opportunity to serve as a direct report to our Founder and CEO. The Chief of Staff must be entrepreneurial (former business owner or startup experience) with self-starter and self-motivation qualities. In this multifaceted role, simply said, your mission is to optimize Nobles most valuable resource, the Firm’s Human Capital. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills are vital. The role of Chief of Staff extends beyond the traditional scope of executive responsibilities. You and your team will manage the organization's daily operations by actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to identify existing issues and offer viable solutions. As the Chief of Staff, you will hold the mantle of internal and external communications, liaising with your cohorts through highly visible reports, announcements and News. You will be entrusted with implementing and overseeing organization-wide initiatives and programs that are then duly communicated to the executive staff members. In summary, the Chief of Staff acts as an operational linchpin and strategic facilitator within our organization, a role that is fundamental to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization as a whole.

Job Description

The Chief of Staff is Responsible for Maintaining a Written Operating System of Policies and Procedures to Execute the Following Functions both Personally and Via Delegation to your Executive Operations Team and other Internal & External Stakeholders.

Office of the CEO (OCEO): CEO Executive Administration – Ensure CEO has expert level executive administrative support to unlock maximum potential from the CEO. Griffin Operating System – Mastery and Implementation of the Firm’s proprietary operating system to maximize and optimize the impact of the Team. Master Calendar – Operational excellence in Calendar & Scheduling to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the Team. Screens (Internal Communications) – Full command over publishing and providing high visibility to the team important content such as; organizational assets, scorecards, dashboards, information, news, announcements and much more.

Facilities and Office Management:Level Up Liaison – Maintain partnership between the Firm and Level Up, a wholly owned business accelerator responsible for providing expert C-Suite Advisory and Managed Services across the four operational pillars of; (1) Talent, (2) Finance, (3) Tech, & (4) Brand. Facilities - Command over leasehold office space, maintenance, floorplans and seating charts, staying 12+ months ahead of the organization’s growth and office space planning and needs. Front Office – Operational excellence in the front of the house to maintain excellent first impression related to reception, kitchen/ break, board/ conference rooms and managing overall environment and VIBE in the workplace. Back Office – Highly organized back of the house to ensure the organization runs optimally and the Team is empowered to operate at maximum efficiency. Hospitality – High touch and thoughtful hospitality programs for VIP Guest, Clients and Candidates including out of town guest. Host mixers, events and all-team gatherings.

Legal and Corporate Governance:Corporate Volumes – With excellence, manage the updates and publishing of the Firm’s Corporate Volumes (I, II & III) to ensure continuity and top-down operational excellence. Corporate Legal – Support General Counsel on day-to-day corporate legal organizational work, filings, and communications. Transactional Legal – Support General Counsel and Deal Teams on transactional legal workflows. Litigation Legal – Support General Counsel and Outside Counsel on Litigation (if any) collaboration, communications and updates with executive leadership.Compliance Legal – Support General Counsel with compliance audits, updates and compliance related projects and communications to ensure regulatory compliance.

Boards and Sub-Boards:Board Membership – Manage the membership tracking of the Firm’s robust Board programs and ensure quality board member experience. Board Onboarding – Mastery of the Firm’s Board Member onboarding process to support VIP Board Member Experience. Board Calendars – Manage robust Board Calendars & Schedules, staying 12 months ahead with Board Schedules. Board Meetings – Execute on best-best-class Board Programs, creating known reputation for how well the Firm manages the Board Function to attract and retain highly qualified Board Talent. Board Administration – Full command of Board Administrative process and operating procedures.

Special Operations: (Dynamic Special Operations Set by Priority by Exec Leadership) Recruiting – Top Level Talent Recruiting Program.Business Development – Special Outreaches and Opportunities. MarComm – Key MarComm Projects. Project Management – Prioritized PM Resource for the Firm’s Exec Leaders.

Background And Qualifications

Substantial experience in the areas above describing the “Job Description”.A keen understanding of private equity and alternative investment industry dynamics, with the ability to contribute to Noble Capital Group's continued growth and success.Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an organization, preferably as a Chief of Staff, with a track record of successfully driving operational excellence.Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues, devising creative solutions, and efficiently implementing them.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and messages to a diverse audience.Demonstrated organizational skills and leadership qualities, contributing to improved operational efficiency and the achievement of strategic goals.An innovative and forward-thinking mindset, open to exploring new strategies, technologies, and approaches to enhance company operations. rations.
