Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff. As a Chief of Staff you’ll assist the founders in managing and organizing the day to day activities of the company. You’ll be seen as the right hand person to the founders with a broad range of responsibilities including managing other executives, overseeing key projects and acting as a liaison between different departments within the company. You’ll be playing a critical role in helping the founders to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
IMPORTANT: Deeper understanding/interest in the fields of Football/Basketball, Gaming or Web3 is mandatory. Also, at least 2 years of Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant or Management Consultant experience is a must.
Qualifications:
- Native French is a must.
- 2-3 years of work experience as a Chief of Staff/Exec Assistant or Management consultant
- Excellent MS Office and Google Suit Knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- University degree
- Deeper understanding/interest in Football/Basketball, Gaming or Web3 mandatory
Responsibilities
- Assist the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Work closely with the founders and support them on different projects and tasks
- Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization as to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
- Responding to inquiries on behalf of the Chief Executive
- Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Be an assistant to our hiring managers in strategic questions
- Determine key performance indicators
