Responsabilities

As Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for

• Working closely with & take up responsibilities as directed by the Global Tech Consulting Head;
• Program management of key initiatives
• Participate in the development of the departmental strategic plan;
• Set-up key strategic programs and drive their operational implementation together with the Management;
• Support, capture and follow-up key decision and actions from management workshops;
• Proactively identify issues that hold back the business;
• Plan and animate direct reports team meetings and drive collaboration across the different pillars of the organization;

Skills Required

• +5 years relevant experience in direct managing international organizations, teams & projects with proven results & referrals that can confirm;
• Track record in a global role with emphasis on collaborative working;
• Politically and culturally sensitive, experience with working in multicultural environments;
• Sales experience. Technology and business understanding;
• Broad understanding of the Atos global structure and portfolio of services;
• Well developed personal network within Atos global / local organizations;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – advanced business English level - mandatory; preferably fluent in another European language – e.g., French, German, Dutch;
• Relevant business or management Master lever degree;
• Willingness to travel – occasionally.
