Chief of Staff

TBG has partnered up with a large, award winning commercial contractor to hire their new Chief of Staff. This is a newly created position which will give you the opportunity to help define your role in the organization. What You Will Do:Work alongside the CEO and other executives to provide strategic and logistical support, research and guidance to help make the the planning and execution of strategic plans more efficient and streamlined.Participate in the strategic planning with all business units to ensure they are aligned with the CEO's vision and goals for the organizationOversee special projectsBe the eyes and ears for the executives. You will work with all parts of the business and get to know them and what is going on in their world.

What You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree is preferred3+ years' experience in a Chief of Staff role requiredConstruction industry experience requiredMust be able to work well and get along with a variety of personalities. You will be partnering with people in all parts of the organization and must be able to communicate well with all.Need to be proactive and enjoy working in an environment with everchanging priorities.
