Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing projects, and implementing strategy. The role will be based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. The Chief of Staff will be expected to wear many hats at Leap Health and will play a pivotal role in our strategy, execution, operations, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and simultaneously move multiple projects forward
  • Key partner to the CEO and Head Of Operations in setting the strategic direction of the company and executing on our plan
  • Manage and lead Leap Health's data analysis offering
  • Assist in the drug procurement process and interact with the clinical delivery team
  • Help design and build client interaction model
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with strategic planning and implementation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in healthcare, specialty pharma, or related fields is a plus

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: Proven track record of operational excellence either in an early stage company or as a management consultant.

Hustle: Ability to move fast and wear many different hats at an early-stage business.

Leadership: Ability to manage relationships across the organization, be a culture carrier, and lead a team.

Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Creative Mindset: Passionate about innovation in healthcare, always looking for ways to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Empathy and Dedication: Deeply empathetic towards the needs of patients facing serious or chronic illnesses, with a relentless commitment to enhancing their care experience.

Experience in startup environments or as a successful entrepreneur is highly valued.
