Chief of Staff: Learn how to lead a growing SaaS company and drive transformative change

Who We Are

Founded in 2010, we started RevenueWell because we saw a way to use the latest marketing automation technology to help dentists build better, more connected relationships with their patients and communities. We think it’s a problem worth solving, and thousands of dental practices across the country seem to agree. The company has grown very quickly over the last few years, we’re now a team of 250+ diverse people that are committed to our mission, super-focused on our product, and fanatical about helping our customers succeed.

As a rapidly growing, privately held SaaS company, we’re looking to add more strategic leaders to our ranks. To that end, we’re seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff (CofS) to support our Chief Business Officer (CBO). The CBO leads everything Go-To-Market (GTM) for all of our customers and product lines. In this role, the CofS will work directly with our entire leadership team, from marketing to sales to customer success, to drive operational discipline and organizational change management via insights and action. This role serves as a pipeline to senior operational roles at RevenueWell.

What You’ll Do

As CofS, your goal is to support day-to-day operations, provide strategic updates and drive process improvement and capability development for the GTM team. This position will act as both a strategic advisor to the CBO and a delegate on his behalf. We are looking for someone who believes that investing in people drives success for the organization.

The role reports directly to the Chief Business Officer.

In This Role, You Will

  • Drive key company, priorities and projects; create and update monthly dashboards, track changes in key metrics
  • Increase the impact of the CBO by managing his schedule and participating in cross-functional meetings
  • Establish cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success; integrate yourself into the organization quickly and assess issues that serve as barriers to operating at maximum effectiveness
  • Manage the meeting cadence and content for the GTM leadership team, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved
