Chief of Staff: Learn how to lead a growing SaaS company and drive transformative change

As a rapidly growing, privately held SaaS company, we’re looking to add more strategic leaders to our ranks. To that end, we’re seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff (CofS) to support our Chief Business Officer (CBO). The CBO leads everything Go-To-Market (GTM) for all of our customers and product lines. In this role, the CofS will work directly with our entire leadership team, from marketing to sales to customer success, to drive operational discipline and organizational change management via insights and action. This role serves as a pipeline to senior operational roles at RevenueWell.
As CofS, your goal is to support day-to-day operations, provide strategic updates and drive process improvement and capability development for the GTM team. This position will act as both a strategic advisor to the CBO and a delegate on his behalf. We are looking for someone who believes that investing in people drives success for the organization.
The role reports directly to the Chief Business Officer.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS, project management, change management, operations, and reporting. This candidate must be a self-motivated team player, possess outstanding creative problem solving, communication, and analytics skills, and be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing environment.
