The Role

As the Chief of Staff, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and serving as a key liaison between senior leadership and various departments while taking direct ownership of one of our critical growth channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution: Execute and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead and execute key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and driving successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between the executive team, department heads, and external partners, facilitating clear communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between different teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO, including meeting preparation, and ad hoc tasks to optimise their productivity.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Special Projects: Lead and oversee special projects as directed by the CEO, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.

Who Are You?

  • 5-10 years experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar Chief of Staff or Senior Operations role.
  • Strong execution-focus, concentrating on the successful implementation of plans.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to explore innovative solutions and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in a startup or smaller company is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
