Role: Chief of Staff - Studio OperationsExperience: 7-10 years Location: Wroclaw, Poland Roles and Responsibilities:Photo-Studio Operations:Oversee day-to-day Photo studio operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods.Develop and implement strategies to optimize Photo-Studio processes and improve productivity.Monitor and manage inventory levels, making sure stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the Photo-Studio.People and Partner Management:Manage and develop the team of Studio staff, providing training, guidance, and regular performance evaluations.Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and adherence to company policies and procedures.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, such as suppliers and logistics service providers.Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions for studio operations.Analytics/Problem solving Skills:Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and make informed business decisions.Analyze Photo-Studio performance metrics and develop reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Identify trends and patterns in data to identify potential bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement.Present findings and recommendations to management for operational enhancements.Strategic Planning:Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the Studio operations.Help define and implement goals, objectives, and initiatives to drive business growth.Provide insights and recommendations to align Photo-Studio operations with the overall company strategy.Data-Driven Approach:Implement a data-driven approach to drive operational excellence and efficiency.Collaborate with data teams to collect, analyze, and interpret Photo-Studio data to improve overall performance.Identify and implement automation and AI solutions to streamline Photo-Studio operations.Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.Leadership and Team Management:Lead and inspire a team of Photo-Studio staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support.Set performance goals and objectives for team members and conduct regular performance evaluations.Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
