With company growth comes the need for better systems and communication so the TUSHY C-Team can make the best-informed decisions. We’re searching for a highly qualified Chief of Staff to work closely with the Executive Team. From day one, the Chief of Staff will have an immediate impact on our productivity, building strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and facilitating communication between departments. This role will play a fundamental part in the overall structure and operation of TUSHY, supporting leadership initiatives and acting as a right hand person to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration. Confidentiality, emotional intelligence, organization and time-management are key. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for exposure to the company from the top down.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and build plans for cross-functional projects company wide
  • Support leadership initiatives and keep them on track to meet company goals
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, prioritization, and implementation
  • Advise on the preparation, coordination, and dissemination of internal communication
  • Organize and lead company wide and leadership meeting agendas
  • Connect the dots - Serve as the liaison between staff, senior leaders, and the CEO
  • Be in tune with the company climate, from employee well-being to business performance
  • Develop and optimize standard operating procedures to create alignment and boost productivity
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department heads
  • Assist People Operations Manager with employee onboarding

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years experience in a business strategy role
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • High emotional intelligence; excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Extremely versatile and agile
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to understand the voice of the TUSHY brand, focused on hygiene, humor, and sustainability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Monday.com software
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience with budget management
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
