As the CEO’s Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with the Executive Team to drive key strategic initiatives across the organization. You are an independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive information while supporting a rapidly changing organization. You will have an immediate impact on our growth and productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, and communicating objectives between units.


  • Work closely with the CEO and the Executive Team in the definition and execution of agendas that balance and align strategy, business, operations, and culture topics.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives from development through successful execution as determined by the CEO and Executive Team.
  • Partner with the functional leaders in the identification of improvement areas in processes, resources alignment, structures, initiatives, etc. and coordinate efforts for optimized efficiency and productivity.
  • Produce insights based on data from the different functions in the company and utilize it to identify potential opportunities or issues that would need to be addressed for the achievement of NovoPayment’s growth objectives.
  • Provide support to the CEO in the annual strategic planning, creating, and updating tracking tools based on KPIs/OKRs.
  • Support the CEO in the preparation for the Board of Directors meeting, investor decks and creation of material.
  • Represent the CEO or C-Suite team in community events as well as client, partners and investor relations.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar career.
  • 6+ years of proven management experience and results across multiple disciplines in fast paced environments with focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Consulting experience is a big PLUS.
  • Flexible mindset. Ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Experience with Agile and PM tools (JIRA, Rally, MS Project, Excel, etc.) preferred.
  • Attention to detail, strong influencing and execution skills.
  • Experience leading, managing and executing projects in a scaleup environment under pressure and working on several projects in parallel.
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) & ability to translate ideas into clear, high impact communications.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST.
  • High levels of energy, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
  • Availability to travel 30% of the time, as needed, domestically and internationally.
  • Based in South Florida (this is not a remote job).
