Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO to analyze, develop and build out key strategies and initiatives
  • Conduct research and quantitative analysis to support decision-making and recommendations
  • Oversee or contribute to critical projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution
  • Fosters effective communication, collaboration and accountability across teams
  • Represent the CEO or other C-Suite leaders in key discussions as appropriate
  • Identifies and acts on issues and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Engage in problem-solving, gathering feedback, recommending solutions, and bringing to resolution
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's progress
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for the CEO, both strategic and analytical
  • Understand industry trends, risks, and opportunities

Skills:

  • Demonstrated track record of success in a Chief of Staff, Strategy and Operations or similar role
  • Superior strategic thinking, adept at understanding and conveying complex ideas with clarity
  • Demonstrated academic excellence, commitment to learning
  • A strong knack for deciphering data to insight, highly analytical and quantitative
  • Strong communicator, able to engage audiences through impactful presentations
  • Outstanding judgment and discretion, composed, mature and professional
  • Agile, integrative thinker; able to move from strategy to planning to execution; solid generalist
  • Works successfully through ambiguity, thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Builds, leads and collaborates positively on productive and cohesive cross-functional teams
  • The ideal candidate has experience in Consulting, Professional Services and Financial Services/Wealth management
  • Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree, preferably MBA, demonstrated academic excellence, commitment to learning
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a Chief of Staff, Strategy consultant, Engagement Manager or similar role
  • 10+ years experience in Consulting, Professional Services and Financial Services/Wealth management
