Our founders, Joe and Jake, were top-performing sales reps before becoming software engineers and met while building a previous sales tool that has helped over 100,000 sales reps.

As Chief of Staff, you will be a force multiplier for our executive team. Your daily responsibilities will be varied across functions from finance, to HR, to BizOps. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role with a seat at the table for the most important company decisions.
Prepare investor and board materials. Advise on operational efficiency, including improving onboarding, HR practices, and knowledge management. Support strategic planning, market and competitive analysis. Run our finance function, including creating and maintaining models for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting as well as doing vendor management and procurement.
4+ years of professional experience. Exceptional communication skills. Ambitious and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to Haves
2+ years in consulting or investment banking. Previous experience at a Series A-C startup.
We work three days per week out of our office at 22 Vanderbilt (next to Grand Central).
