Chief of Staff
Our client is a boutique manufacturing firm that services some of the biggest names in retail in the world (you will absolutely know their clients). They have a dynamic culture, excellent internal resources/leadership, and are growing quickly. They’re looking for a Chief of Staff to help streamline their internal daily operations, communications, and project management. Here’s a bit about the role, and then more about our client at the bottom.
Must be reasonable commuting distance, and willing to be on-site
Chief of Staff (Ontario/Chino Area):Minimum of 4+ years of COS or high level Exec Admin/Assistant experience supporting executive leadershipExperience with complex scheduling, strategy, planning, project management, teleconferencing, and daily operationsAbility to work autonomously, or collaboratively, and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretionExcellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of professionalismExcellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environmentProficiency in key business systems is required (such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc)Experience planning, managing, and executing large-scale eventsAbility to balance, lead and advance multiple projects at onceSalary is likely $120k - $140k base + bonus, benefits, and PTO
This is a well-established company with a talented existing team and strong leadership. The Chief of Staff will have visibility at the highest levels of the organization and impact operations day 1. This role is meant for experienced Executive Admins, Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and of course prior Chiefs of Staff.
This position will operate as an extension of the CEO to ensure project timelines are met, complex travel is booked, necessary licenses and paperwork are filed on time, and company goals are achieved. There is a ton of room for growth and advancement here!!
