Who we’re looking for:

Ethena is looking for a Chief of Staff to join our small but mighty team. We are based in Brooklyn, but welcome remote candidates who are able to work EST hours.

What you’ll do:

• Empower our founders (CEO and CTO):

- Ensure our founders are spending their time effectively and hitting their commitments, sometimes by lending support on high priority items and pulling items off their plates

- Amplify and improve their communication

- Serve as a surrogate for the founders in both external and internal meetings

- Monitor the health of the organization

• Program management:

- Lead our all company meetings

- Lead our quarterly planning/OKR process

- Coordinate and attend various executive meetings to keep a pulse on our business and help connect dots with others across the company

- Support investor relations, including preparation for our board meetings

• Strategic initiatives:

- Tackle discrete projects on behalf of our founders and the executive team

• Exemplary project management and organizational skills

• A “roll up your sleeves” mentality and comfort operating within ambiguity

• Ability to think about the big picture but also to identify and zoom in on the details that matter
