Curex is the first national online allergy & asthma clinic. We offer convenient and affordable immunotherapy, allergy testing, prescriptions and telehealth consultations. Our platform attracted over 20,000 users this year and earned industry leading NPS and retention rates.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our Executive team. As we continue to grow and scale, we are seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial, dedicated and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to directly partner with our leadership team, including the CEO, COO, GC, CMO and CTO. We need someone to own KPIs, evaluate product and marketing performance, as well as build presentations for business development and financing processes.

The ideal candidate is an aspiring entrepreneur, with demonstrated capability in crafting persuasive and clear presentations, stewarding strategic initiatives, and collaborating across teams at the executive and senior leadership level to drive accountability and follow up. To be successful, the CoS will need to be a top notch verbal, written and visual communicator, with a collaborative, no-ego, get it done mentality, learning agility and an uncanny ability to remember and track details.

Most of our management team is based in New York, but we have a remote-friendly culture.  The company was founded by serial healthcare entrepreneurs and has a clinical advisory board composed of prominent US and European allergists.


— 3+ years of top-tier banking, consulting or buy side experience;

— Experience with financial modeling, SQL and presentations;

— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

— Imagination, determination, and team spirit;

— Desire to work hard to scale our offering to help millions of Americans.


— Own KPIs for all key business areas (i.e. marketing, product, CX and clinical ops).

— Work closely with leadership to determine product roadmap and priorities;

— Create presentations for business development and financings;

— Work effectively with a distributed, high-performance team;

— Troubleshoot ongoing issues.
