We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO to develop company strategy, build strategic partnerships, coordinate investor outreach, and develop new market opportunities.

With an enormous task list, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing key stakeholders, executing strategic priorities, and completing complex tasks independently, efficiently, and with close attention to detail. In essence, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for scaling the Chief Executive Officer and enabling company-wide growth.

Furthermore, the Chief of Staff will work with our senior leadership (CTO, VP Product, VP Business Development, VP Sales) to advance key company objectives and key results.   


Working closely with our CEO and leadership team, your core responsibilities are to: - Support the execution of company strategy across go-to-market, fundraising, recruiting, and in conjunction with the CEO and management team - Build channel and M&A partnerships across refrigeration manufacturers, industrial IoT leaders and climate technologies - Manage current and prospective investor relationships on behalf of the CEO - Manage key stakeholder relationships with current and prospective investors, as well as industry executives and government policymakers, including at times serving as the “face” of the company in email and in-person meetings on behalf of the CEO Lead our business analyst team to analyze market trends, research use cases & verticals, and identify new market opportunities related to refrigeration cold chain, industrial automation, and climate science


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, JD or Masters-level degree is a plus 4+ years experience in a full-time business role(s), including one year in a leadership position
  • Excellent and efficient writing abilities
  • Highly organized, great stamina, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Skilled with utilizing standard workplace technologies
  • Prior experience working with technology companies is a plus
  • Position is ideally based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but remote for at least the first half of 2021
