Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, you’ll own a wide array of strategic and operational projects, acting in partnership with and on behalf of the executive team. As a high-visibility strategic partner to the executive team, you will drive significant impact across the organization, helping us realize our mission to bring affordable, expert health care to hundreds of thousands of LBGTQ+ people across the country.

What You’ll Do:
Apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, strategic thinking, and project management skills to lead high-value, cross-functional projects that drive business objectives forwardManage key relationships and build a process to track and nurture key stakeholders, investors, and advisorsAnticipate future trends and directional shifts to construct meaningful competitive strategies that address future business scenarios and day-to-day challengesDrive the annual and quarterly planning processes; create company analytics and dashboards to provide leadership visibility into the business’ day-to-day operationsIdentify and dig into problems and opportunities, surfacing key insights and making strategic recommendations as appropriatePerform root cause analysis and lead improvement initiativesBuild and lead the daily operations of the executive office, including leadership meetings, board meetings, leadership offsites, and company-wide communicationServe as a cultural touchstone for the team, advising leadership and helping to shape a best in class culture
What You’ll Bring:
You have a passion for serving the LGBTQ+ Community You have 5+ years experience in investment banking and/or consulting. In an ideal world, that experience is coupled with time spent at a tier-one venture capital or private equity firm You are highly-resourceful and self-motivated with strong analytical skills and a high level of professionalism and discretionYou can thrive in a dynamic environment and feel comfortable with ambiguity and changeYou are a strategic and analytical thinker with experience turning data into actionable insightsYou have a demonstrated ability to work effectively at both detail and big-picture levels and to drive initiatives forwardYou love communicating with diverse audiences and balancing/negotiating priorities for the best outcome of the businessYou’re able to identify meaningful goals and capture the imagination of others to achieve themYou are unflappable under pressure
Salary range: $160,000 - $170,000
