The Chief of Staff role will have the critical responsibility of supporting the strategic and operational priorities of the CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to get creative, work cross-functionally, and operate at all levels of the organization. This role will work closely with the executive team. Ideal candidates will be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare - looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive towards action and execution on the top priorities of the CEO an executive team
  • Flex between strategic, tactical, and operational to carry the company into its next phase of growth - being both a thought partner and an executor
  • Work toward efficient and effective communication at the company, supporting our bias for transparency
  • Maintain a pulse of the company, identifying and prioritizing areas of focus or concern for the executive team
  • Own the agenda for executive and senior leadership meetings

Qualifications (Required):

  • 4-8 years of experience in a chief of staff, management consulting, project management, or strategic operations role
  • Ability to put parameters and scope around ambiguous challenges
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle problems as they arise
  • Effective communication skills, able to listen with empathy and distill trends to share with the executive team

  • Prior experience at a startup (<100 employees)
