  • Lead all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Provide advice and support to our leaders and teams on all HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement innovative employee engagement and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor law regulations.
  • Promote a strong company culture that values diversity and inclusion.


  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a management role within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Expert knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement visionary HR initiatives.
