About The Role
As a Chief of Staff at Thesis, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the effectiveness of the CEO, ensuring streamlined operations and facilitating strategic initiatives. This position requires a versatile individual who can operate at both tactical and strategic levels, contributing to the CEO's success by managing administrative tasks, improving organizational processes, and eventually evolving into a strategic thought-partner.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Run the CEO's day-to-day operations, ensuring that tasks and objectives are completed efficiently. Identify and implement improvements to organizational processes, creating efficiencies and supporting sound management systems. Own and meticulously execute the implementation of OKR metrics and a decision-making framework that spans across all departments within the company, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a data-driven and strategic approach to decision-making. Collaborate with the CEO to develop and maintain standard operating procedures that enhance overall productivity. Evolve into a strategic thought-partner for the CEO, contributing to the crafting of the company's future vision, organizational design and product strategy. Engage in discussions about long-term goals, market trends, and organizational growth. Collaborate with executives and team leaders across departments to investigate and solve cross-departmental issues. Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments, contributing to a well-run company. Project-manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals. Support IPO readiness activities, if applicable, and other strategic projects.
