Full Job Description

The Chief of Staff will be responsible for planning and directing all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the Edgeuno’s CEO and other executives. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision making. The role will exercise and develop your general management skills, partnering with and supporting the leadership team. You will be a vital, trusted member of this tight-knit team, an exemplar of cultural alignment and the highest professional standards. You will participate in challenging, fast paced execution and will contribute to big picture thinking and strategic decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies.Managing the Chief Executives schedule, scheduling meetings and planning travel.Planning, coordinating, and keeping contents of a meeting focused.Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork.Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance.Partner with leadership team to develop strategies and associated execution plans.Drive key projects including customer engagements, business analysis and organizational changes.Orchestrate and manage an effective rhythm of the business and optimize continuously, in pursuit of leanness, agility and impact.Drive communications focused on reinforcement of the team’s mission, strategy, culture and progress and employee engagement.Structure headcount, financial budgeting, and reporting in partnership with Finance, Executive Assistants, and budget owners.Facilitate organization excellence by synthesizing team feedback, working on development, diversity and leadership initiatives and acting as a sounding board for all levels of the team.Support internal and external storytelling in team meetings, blogs, email, etc.


English Level C1+ is a must.Experience on Telecom/Datacenter companies.5+ years in a business or executive management role.5+ years working with C-levels executives.Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.Project management experience.Insight on current market trends.

Desired Skills/Experience

Experience on working in a rapid growth startup companies in Latin America.Master’s degree in Business Administration.
