Deine Aufgaben

• Verstehe und artikuliere Geschäftsprioritäten und Initiativen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie mit den übergeordneten Zielen und Aufgaben in Einklang stehen.
• Unterstütze bei der Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Vorstandssitzungen und Aktionärsbeziehungen. Teile wichtige Entscheidungen und Aktualisierungen mit, halte sie auf dem Laufenden und involviere sie.
• Vertrete den CEO in internen und externen Besprechungen, wenn erforderlich.
• Überwache unsere Governance und General Assembly decision circles.
• Fördere die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Abteilungen, um eine reibungslose und schnelle Umsetzung sicherzustellen. Hilf bei der Lösung von Hindernissen zwischen Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass Initiativen effektiv vorankommen.
• Leite und manage wichtige Projekte von Anfang bis Ende, um Meilensteine und Ziele zu erreichen.
• Überwache interne Kommunikationsstrategien, um einen konsistenten und transparenten Informationsfluss zu gewährleisten, der auf Strategie und Projektmanagement ausgerichtet ist.
• Fördere effektive Kommunikation und Koordination zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und schaffe eine kohärente Arbeitsumgebung.

Dein Profil

• Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in Managementberatung, in einer Geschäftsbetriebsrolle, Strategie oder Ähnlichem.
• Erfahrung in globaler Projektarbeit, die verteilte Teams einschließt.
• Starke strategische Denkweise und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit einem scharfen Blick für datengetriebene Erkenntnisse.
• Außergewöhnliche organisatorische und Führungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen.
• Ausgezeichnete analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit einem scharfen Blick für Details.
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung, Anpassungsfähigkeit an Veränderungen und Offenheit für Flexibilität.
• Hohes Maß an Integrität und Fähigkeit, sensible und vertrauliche Informationen zu behandeln.
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.

At MOIA GmbH, our team of more than 300 employees develops the technical products for our on-demand ridepooling service in the form of an end-to-end integrated product, from hub, fleet, and driver management to passenger and B2B solutions.
