  • You work directly and closely with our two Co-CEOs/Co-Founders Thomas and Kivanc, as well as the Executive team at DataGuard, our investors, external stakeholders and the team
  • You contribute directly to the company’s long-term goals and success by leading and executing key strategic projects, and running the CEO office’s day-to-day operations
  • You are a sparring partner and enabler to our CEOs – providing insights and judgement, so they can execute effectively, make better and faster decisions, and have meaningful and impactful interactions
  • You lead and follow through on key initiatives that help shape the future of DataGuard and PIC (Privacy, Information Security and Compliance)
  • You support all investor relations and stakeholder communications as well as internal cross-functional activities and events, including leading, coordinating and hosting the DataGuard weekly All-hands presentation
  • You ensure alignment and coordination across departments, promoting a unified approach to achieving company objectives
  • You ensure CEO Office operations are smooth and efficient, and share the responsibility to find and retain the best talent to build the best CEO Office team
  • You support hiring and onboarding of key positions including C-level, VP and Heads

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a high-performance, growth-oriented start-up environment, preferably encompassing exposure Series A through C growth stages. Previous experience in a Chief of Staff role or comparable is preferred.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigour, yet a hands-on approach focused on quick and flawless execution
  • You are a hungry, driven, action-orientated and resilient personality who wants to move things forward and have a real impact
  • Your ability to fly high is matched by your desire to dive deep, demonstrating exceptional versatility in navigating diverse challenges, exemplifying humility in all situations, embracing a serving mentality when needed to support the organization and its stakeholders effectively
  • You are a creative mind who loves the risk, just as much as you love making important decisions based on numbers, facts and figures
  • Ability to translate long-term business goals and strategies into short-term initiatives and actions
  • Your unwavering resilience supports you in navigating both the highs and lows of our company's growth journey, while wholeheartedly supporting and enabling the founders' vision - protect the people behind the data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, German language skills are a plus
