Who We Are

WillowTree, a TELUS International Company, partners with the world’s leading brands to help them tackle their thorniest challenges - be it launching new digital products, delivering personalized marketing at scale, or harnessing the power of data and AI to transform their business. These mission-critical initiatives aren’t solved by a single discipline. Great digital is a team game - it requires seamlessly combining strategy, engineering, design, data science, marketing, and more. Other firms have bolted on these capabilities - as digital natives, we’ve built them into our teams from Day 1. The result? Top and bottom lines that grow, alongside our client’s capabilities. Check out how we have impacted our clients' digital portfolios over the years.

In January 2023, WillowTree was acquired by TELUS International (Symbol: TIXT). The combined company brings an unparalleled ability to deliver seamless, trusted, digitally-enabled experiences across any channel a customer might choose - be it mobile apps, websites, voice skills, chatbots, email, service agents, or associates.

Responsibilities

  • Program management for strategic initiatives that are critical to WillowTree’s growth. This includes but is not limited to managing our post-merger partnership growth with TELUS International and organic/inorganic growth opportunities
  • Partner with executive administration and HR teams to drive the President’s vision and priorities through company communications. This can include creating presentations for our monthly company-wide All Hands meetings, Learning & Development seminars, and supporting written communications

  • Support President-led strategic offsites by organizing agenda and running workshops
  • Serve as a neutral trusted advisor and sounding board for new ideas and initiatives for all within the organization

Competencies

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of professional experience working in the management consulting, corporate strategy, or digital strategy industry with an MBA OR 6+ years of experience without an MBA

    • Can fluidly switch between strategic and tactical tasks — focusing on the “Why” and the “How”
    • Embrace ambiguity as opposed to relying on well-defined formulas for success and identify solutions to add value
    • An innate leader who demonstrates analytical thinking, business instincts, and good judgment to navigate complex situations
