- Act as a thought partner to the CEO. - Represent the CEO in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders. - Support the CEO in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items. - Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO. - Maintain accurate confidential files and data records. - Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, to ensure consistent communication and ensure involvement or decision-making at the proper time. - Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA strongly preferred. - Background in operations or consulting. - Experience as an early hire at a fast-paced startup. - Track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments. - Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
