About Us

Rally is on a mission to become the world's dominant marketplace for securitizing and trading illiquid assets, changing the nature of investing and catalyzing a revolution in wealth creation. We're not thinking small. Rally sources the world's rarest, most-unique, one-of-one assets and makes them available to investors through its proprietary iOS, Android and Web apps. Investors build portfolios of investments from assets across multiple categories. We vet these assets - picking only the best and the authentic - we then acquire them, insure them and store them in a secret, secure location (and also in our showroom in Soho in New York City). We've done this over 150 times - Rally has held offerings on Ferraris, pieces of the Apollo-11 Command Module, rare wines, complete sets of Chicago Bulls Championship rings, NFTs like Cryptopunks and Bored Apes and a dinosaur (a fossil, not a live dinosaur which would be against city and state wildlife ordinances). It's only a matter of time before everything rare and interesting is on Rally. If it's rare and interesting, it BELONGS on Rally. We're looking for people to help us.

Chief of Staff

Our chief of staff will work directly with our CEO and Executive Team to make the team more effective, efficient, and productive. This is a newly created strategic role that will focus on operational efficiency and accelerating the company's growth by leading key projects. This person will lead strategic initiatives, provide cross-functional team coordination and guidance, develop and work on special projects and more. This role reports directly to the CEO and carries a high degree of responsibility, accountability and visibility, acting as the point of contact with key partners, investors and other stakeholders.

You Will

  • Advise the CEO and the executive team on a wide range of decisions.
  • Create frameworks for decision making, including context setting, documentation and follow up.
  • Augment the business development function, working with key partners and internal stakeholders on deal construction, modeling and execution.
  • Work with internal data teams and finance on modeling, analysis, and metrics tracking.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders to deliver against common goals.
  • Create and/or improve ] processes for goal setting and tracking, communication, and regular business reviews.
  • Help shape and enforce the company vision.
  • Drive the company cadence including internal and external communication, quarterly business reviews and board meetings including all materials and prep.

You Have

  • A bias toward action. You move fast and make things happen.
  • The ability to digest and analyze large data sets quickly and accurately.
  • A passion for process - creation, improvement and execution.
  • The ability to break complex problems down and clearly communicate data, conclusions and next steps.
  • Big ambitions - you want to be a CEO, Founder or COO and want to acquire the experience and knowledge to make that happen.
  • Excellent judgment and prioritization skills - you use your time and energy wisely
  • High IQ and EQ. You are smart, and you are kind. You are direct and treat people how you would like to be treated.
  • 2+ years of investment banking or management consulting experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a startup focused on financial technology.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data query language.
  • Experience implementing standard decision making frameworks like RACI or similar.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle frameworks like SCRUM, AGILE or SAFE
