Your Role

Honest Medical Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Chief of Staff to support the CEO and Executive Leadership team. The chief of staff serves as an integral member of the leadership team and will have an immediate impact on the company’s productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The Chief of Staff will perform a wide range of project or initiative leadership duties on behalf of senior leaders in the organization, as a "second-in-command" or operating leader. Coordinate's strategy, plans initiatives, manages project/initiative work teams on a day-to-day basis, sets and organizes agendas, and communicates to key stakeholders and executive leadership regarding projects/initiatives.

We are looking for an exceptional leader who can:

Serve as a trusted advisor and brainstorming partner to CEO and the Executive Leadership teamStrategic and tactical support:Provides strategic, analytical and project management support, and keeps leadership abreast of noteworthy events, milestones, and issues in their area of responsibility.Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementationProviding Chief Executive and other senior leaders with insight and analysis on the company’s operationsDefine the Rhythm of the Business:Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategiesDetermining key performance indicators and how to measure team performanceWork with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goalsIdentifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processesAssessing risk when business decisions are madeProviding support and oversight for special projects and initiativesPerform all other duties as assigned

How You Qualify

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; Master’s Degree (MBA preferred)8+ years of experience in a leadership role or high level chief of staff support in a complex businessPrevious experience in healthcareProven experience with financial modelingAble to work in a quick-paced environment and the ability to be a strong change agent

Demonstrated senior leadership skills and abilities in enterprise-level strategic and operational planning.Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to understand data.Exceptional business acumen and communication skills requiredDemonstrated organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion, exercising sound judgment, and being proactive.Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, analyze, and solve problems.Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure of deadlines and multiple priorities.Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.Exceptional in production of materials for internal and external stakeholdersAbility to adapt well to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as necessary.Travel up to 20%
